Frequently asked questions

The answers to what guests ask us most before booking

Do I need any sailing experience?
Not at all. A qualified professional skipper is always on board. You just have to relax, swim and enjoy the day.
What if I can't swim?
No problem at all. We carry flotation aids on board for anyone who needs them, and you can enjoy the day just as much from the boat or swimming close by. The skipper is always looking out for you.
Is it suitable for children and families?
Absolutely. The boat is private, just for your group, so we go at whatever pace you need. It's a perfect plan for families.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, a towel, sun protection and little else. Snorkelling gear, the paddle board and a complimentary drink are included. Just bring yourselves.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Of course. There's a cooler with ice on board, so bring whatever you like. And if you'd rather not carry anything, you can add our drinks or snack pack when booking.
Do the comfort pack towels stay on the boat?
Yes. You use them during the trip and leave them on board when you disembark. We take care of the washing; you head back to your hotel without carrying wet towels.
Where do we meet and how does departure work?
At the Port of Alcúdia, Alcudiamar marina, Pontoon 2. We send you the exact meeting point by WhatsApp, and you just need to arrive about 10-15 minutes before departure time.
How do I book and pay?
You secure your date with just 30%, and pay the rest on the day before setting sail. We accept card and bank transfer, and handle everything conveniently over WhatsApp.
How does the fuel work?
Fuel is not included in the trip price. Back at the marina we refill the tank and you pay only for what was actually used, not a litre more. As a reference, a 4-hour trip usually comes to around €60, depending on the route you choose.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather doesn't cooperate, we either change the date or give you a full refund. Your booking is never at risk because of the weather.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Full refund if you cancel more than 7 days in advance, no questions asked.
Is the boat just for my group?
Always. It's never shared with other groups. The boat is yours from start to finish, for up to 6 passengers.

The spots you can visit

You choose where to stop · These are our favourites

North area

Alcanada

The lighthouse on its islet is the bay's postcard. Low cliffs, shallow turquoise water and the perfect first swim of any trip.

Coll Baix

The most famous wild beach in the north, embraced by cliffs and unreachable by road. Goats watching from the pines and water that doesn't look real.

Es Dolç

A hidden turquoise cove right next to Coll Baix, the kind that never shows up on hotel maps. Small, quiet and perfect for anchoring.

Cap des Pinar

The great wall of rock and pines separating the two bays. Cruising close to its walls and sea caves is one of the big moments of any trip.

Formentor

Mallorca's most famous peninsula, seen from where it looks best: the sea. Its beach among pine forests and the tiny coves of Cala Murta and Cala en Gossalba.

Serra de Tramuntana

The final stretch of the World Heritage mountain range drops straight into the sea in huge rock walls and hidden coves that few ever reach.

Llevant coast

Cape Ferrutx

The cape guarding the entrance to the island's wildest coast. Dizzying rock walls, seabirds and the feeling of sailing in another era.

Llevant Natural Park

Virgin coves and beaches without a single building: Cala Mata, Es Caló, s'Arenalet... Reachable only by boat or after hours of hiking. The Mallorca few ever get to see.

Cala Mesquida

One of the most famous beaches in the northeast, with its spectacular protected dune system. The final prize of the Llevant coast when the sea allows.

Stops are chosen on board depending on sea conditions, at the skipper's discretion.
